15:00 – Check in Ridderweek at welcome center, Beitohallen Radisson Blu. Allocation of guides, transport, and information service. Open until 20:00.

20:00 – Information service in Radisson Blu reception (open until 22:00) 

20:30 – Opening ceremony, Beitostølen outdoor square (parking lot below the Lodge900).

21:15  -  «Get together» in the lobby bar, Radisson Blu
