Yoga

Long days jammed packed with new activities and impressions can make the body ace, and the mind tired. How about some Yoga for waking up or winding down to compliment your hectic Ridderweek?

We cooperate with Hemsedal Yoga and its owner Rebecca Loos, certified international yoga instructor. Rebecca can adapt Yoga- exercises to suit both visually- and mobility- impaired, and can guarantee a supple start- or end- to your day.

Chair Yoga

You perform chair yoga either in or next to a chair. The chair takes the place of the traditional yoga mat, making yoga accessible to individuals with limited mobility

Yoga program

A relaxed yoga session focusing on breath-work and activation to support our activities throughout the day. We touch on breath, strength, and stretching.

Breathwork and meditation. Suitable for sitting participants through use of chairs and mats. The session is focused on relaxation.

Sign up deadline: Breakfast the day of the session at the lates.
